The *Condos Harmony* were created by the firm CB
Architecte. Respecting the built context, favoring quality
materials, maximizing natural light and allowing varied and
pleasant layouts, the project consists of 12 divided condo
units, composed of 2 semi-detached buildings where the
owners share a backyard. The courtyard has a common living
area and private outdoor storage.
Building built by SKYECO. This real estate developer
specializes in the development of projects on a human scale
and makes it a point to ensure quality control of all its
sites, at each stage, from design to construction.
Each 6-unit building is built with concrete floors between
